This policy explains where we ship, delivery timelines, shipping costs, tracking, and how delivery issues are handled.

1. Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to countries other than the United Kingdom. All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in Asia, allowing us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining tracked delivery and customer support. 

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to shipping logistics.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 17:00 GMT are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 GMT may not be processed until the next business day due to business hours of third-party fulfilment agents. 
  • Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day. 
  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping on orders shipped within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value required. 

All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping (transit) time: 5–8 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6–11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or regional factors.

5. Carrier Services

Deliveries are handled by DPD, Royal Mail or an equivalent trusted local courier once the shipment reaches the destination country. All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time using the Track Order page on our website. Please allow up to 24h after dispatch for tracking information to update.

7. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. These factors are outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. 

If you experience any delivery issues or delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at: info@malisal.com. Please include your order number in your message. Once the courier confirms a package as lost, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
